How about Hebrews 6:4-6? "For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted the heavenly gift, and have become partakers of the Holy Spirit, and have tasted the good word of God and the powers of the age to come, if they fall away, to renew them again to repentance, since they crucify again for themselves the Son of God, and put Him to an open shame."
Many of you may be familiar with this passage, but have you ever studied it for yourself.
This is one of the most intriguing passages in all of scripture. Those who hold to the belief that a true believer may ultimately fall away (i.e. Lose their salvation), use this as one of their main proof texts. How would you respond?
After you've taken time to study I would love to hear a brief summary of your interpretation of the text. Or if you are not sure and would like to ask questions, submit them as well.
I recently studied this and preached it to our body...I will go ahead and post the link.
I fielded Questions from the floor at the close of the message. You may be interested in hearing that as well.

*For those of you who disagree with my interpretation, I will provide you with resources that help support your view. Unless your view is "losing your salvation"...don't think I can give you anything to support that.
